I have recently upgraded to higher speed internet (Lehigh Valley) and now am constantly losing connection. I have had the same problem in the past and it was corrected after numerous calls and hours on the phone to find out it was a problem outside. I do not want spend hours on the phone again to correct the problem.
We'll see if it is a line problem. If you can post up your modem Transceiver Statistics as well as your modem logs (You'll probably need to pastebin.com the log), that would allow us to see what's at fault. If you don't know how to get this information, tell us which modem you are currently using, and any routers you have attached to it.
