DSL available to my neighbors but not here.

Both My neighbors(left and right) are able to have DSL service. But here I am in the middle unable to get anything other than basic phone line and 56k(dial up). Yet they can both have up to 7mbps.

Is it me, or is it possible the database is screwed up.

It generally is from a database screw-up, in which case you simply need to have the sales rep put in a ticket into engineering to look into the issue. Other times, it means Verizon is out of capacity in your area to hook up more lines.
