My internet connection has been slow for the last 2-3 weeks.
I looked it up at http://192.168.1.1./
It used to be at 3360 Kbits/sec but in the last 3 weeks, my connection is down to 1260-1880 Kbits/sec
My download speed dropped from 350 KB/sec to 150 KB/sec
Did Verizon downgrade my connection without informing me? What is the deal with the sudden drop in connection speed?
My connection never dropped, it's just much slower now. I've reset my router, left it off overnight etc, and my connection speed is still somewhere betweeen 1200-1800 Kbits/sec.

Update: I contacted Verizon customer support again, they said they'd fix it within 24 hours and a few hours later, my connection speed is back to normal. I think it's fixed.
