I had a new Verizon internet service installed along with phone service and was told to discontinue my existing Verizon internet service. I have been on the phone waiting twice today for extended periods of time ( 15 to 20 minutes) and never get to talk to any one. I have searched the Verizon web site and find no place I can discontinue the service. So how do I not have two internet services with the same company. It would seem that when the new one is installed the company would be smart enough to discontinue the old one. Anyone got any suggestions?
Did you have what was called a "Dry Loop" in the past? Dry Loops are DSL connections without a telephone service. Also, have you moved at all?
