I have a G3100 router connected by both ethernet and coax - and 2 x E3200s connected by coax. The G3100 is generally stable but the E3200s consistently stop working, usually several times a day requiring a reboot to start working again. my ONT and Power Supply was recently replaced but the same issue occurred before and after the replacement. The light on the front of both E3200s is solid white but there is no internet.
Can anyone help me out as to why this is happening?
If you go to G3100's and E3200's System Monitoring, do you see any Error logs?
I can only log in to the G3100 system logs. Not sure what i'm looking for. There are hundreds of entries just for today. Most of them are 'info' with a couple 'warning' but no error.
Are E3200s' WiFi not working or they lost the connection to the G3100 on MoCA entirely? To check this, connect an Ethernet from the back of the E3200 to a computer and visit some websites when E3200 has issues. If this still works when the E3200s are having issues, we can narrow down the problems to wireless transmission.
