FIOS installation

We have been trying to get FIOS and have been told that one person in our row of houses has refused, However verizon has the right of way and meanwhile our copper phone line goes down in the rain and Verizon is not putting any money into copper repair.  Who at verizon can help with this

they are real verizon employees that maybe able to assist you.

i am not A fan of verizon on twitter. But you can try that but the above link has had a good customer service. You may have to join for free at DslReports but it’s not that bad.
