FIOS not available 10 ft away

Hi everyone,

I want to sign up for FIOS, but the website keeps telling it's not available in my apartment 232. If I enter my next door neighbor's apartment numbers like 233 (which is 10 feet away from my place), then it's available. And they have it connected.

Can anybody explain why this happens? Can there be any technical explanation (like no free fiber channel ports in routers or whatever). Thanks.

P.S.: C*cast is not even an option.

Call VZ and ask them to open a ticket and refer it to engineering.

It could be that your apartment was not entered in the data base.
