FIOS

I have been trying to get FIOS since 3/14. Their are fiber towers on both end of my property. Fios is available all around my location. I signed up to be notified when fios would be available since 2014. Can anyone give me some insight. Looking forward to your response(s)

Hello,

Am at my wits end trying to get a reply on getting FIOS to my home. Their are two verizon towers or monuments and manhole onthe edgeof my property. I have been asking for four years when will FIOS be available for my home. Ihavecalledcustomer service and they put me on hold and transfer me to the engineer department. The phone ring and rings and finally hangs up. This happen each time Can anyone give me some insight. How can I generate a service request ticket.
