So iv been having some touble with my fios internet that dies on a daily basis once or twice every two weeks or so and this is my third router i have recieved from verizon so it cant be the router problem. I had a tech come over 2 weeks ago and he replaced the wires and the splitters but it happened again tonight. Im running 75/35 btw dont know if that matters though. The only way i have found so far is to call verizon and ask them to reboot the whole fios system including TV and phone services, rebooting the router alone does nothing only with the reboot of the ONT on verzions end gets the blinking orange internet light on the router to go back green. Anyone having some problem similar to mine?
Please go to your profile page for the forum by clicking on your name, and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Private Support Cases".
