Frequent disconnections

Been battling this issue for a few weeks now. Randomly every so often, online games I'm playing and voice chats will disconnect me for literally 1-5 seconds. This problem occurs from frequently (once a minute) to never. Every time I've tried to live chat with verzion I haven't been able to get it to do the d/c. I used to have this problem on a 50/50Mbs coaxial connection, since then I've upgraded to 150/150Mbs cat6 ethernet connection. Had Verizon swap out routers and ONT. Problem still exists on both laptop and desktop computers, wired or wireless connections. Verizon reads a good signal everytime I contact them, and the two servicemen that have come out so far both had good signals before they left, so it's hard to fix something that doesn't look broken but this problem really sucks for us. Any suggestions or help anyone can provide would be really appreciated.
