Getting over charged...just like I thought!

With all the DSL connection issues I have been having and Verizon doing nothing about it but cut me back from 3mbps to 1mbps...now I see my next bill and I am still being charged for the "enhanced"!!!!

Why is this not considered "robbery"?

Verizon, are you that desperate for money that you feel the need to "steal" from you customers???

Shame on you and your lack of customer support!!!
