I've had FIOS since March 2009. Everything seems to work OK with the exception of emails I get from one particular friend. From him and him only, the body of the email consists of pages and pages of gibberish. The following is a sample of just a small portion of the body of one of these messages:

This was never an issuse with Charter or any other provider. It became a problem only when I made the move to FIOS.
Any ideas, anyone???
Thanks,
Bill
My only guess/suggestion is that your friend maybe has some sort of email signature, or default email background or something, that the web based email interface does not like....
ask him to just send a plain jane email with no attachments/background/signature... no HTML, no graphics, nothing....
and then go from there
you can also try using a third party email client, such as outlook, windows mail, thunderbird etc.... and see if the email comes through normally, there.
