Verizon service is the worst I have encountered for any product.
From the Website that is hit and miss on being able to view account details to not being able to get help from on line support.
Stay clear of any Verizon product or service.
They have duped my DSL service.
I spoke to billing, biiling specialists, E-web then back to billing.
No one can help .
I will now have to go into a Verzon store in an attempt to relove this issue.
My advice is to not use Verzion if possible but if necceseary limit use of thie products to the greatest extent possible.
I'm starting to agree with your assessment. Sales seems to be just as bad as service, too. The Verizon store won't be able to get you the same deal as the web, which is frustrating when you are combining services.
