Placed an order to get FIOS installed today 8-9AM EST and took a half day from work. Technician never came, no courtesy calls, and when I sign into verizon it shows my installation day is today with the estimated time of arrival zero'd out.
I'm ready to give Verizon my money and all they have to do is send someone to set up the internet.
Anyone have any tips on actually getting a hold of anyone?
