I pay for 75/35 FIOS, but have old modem, while new customers get N router/modem

Why on earth do I still have a G router and get emails telling me to spend $99 for a router that works with my 75 speed? This is a major disgrace, with Verizon giving new Quantum customers new modems and old customers keep their slow modems.

I would agree, have you explained that all of your devices are N capable and that you want to remain a loyal customer? Also see a private message from me.

I agree with you. I just paid the $99 however to get the N Router. What a difference. I now get WiFi signal in every room of my house which means I no longer need to use a WiFi extender. My Wife can now use her iPad without searching for the correct SSID. Happy Wife, Happy Life.
