IPv6 needed for devices

I recently moved 4 miles away. I had a G1100 and IPv6 settings worked perfect. 

New address has the G3100 and the IPv6 settings do not work. While using the G1100 the IPv6 settings still don't work.

I've been on the phone with 'tech support' which is a joke. "What's IPv6?"... "I don't know what IP settings you have"... "What's IPv4?" Those were their questions to me.

What's going on with the IPv6 support?

The IPv6 rollout seems to be in very limited areas. You might have just moved out of the IPv6 area. Here is a link about it on dslreports.com
