I just had the Triple Play installed this Tuesday 7/16: Prime HD, Digital Voice, Fios Internet 50/25. Since then, I am experiencing intermittent and slower internet connections which was not the case with my previous Fios internet (always have Verizon internet). did the installation forgot to disconnect the previous one so there is a signal confusion in my line? What is the reason and how/when will it be fixed? Sorry, but not being able to email/text/chat directly with a Verizon Tech support is frustrating.
