My internet connection was 100% dependable for 18 mths, theses past 30 days it seems there is a problem with my network or the connection.
I am having Intermittent internet connection to both wireless and wired, my PC and lap top both show I have connection to the modem and out.
Contacted Support several times:
1st call, I was told Windows had a upgrade that turned off the network and to restore to an earlier date
This did not fix the issue
The 2nd call, I was told Verizon Internet Security Suite was updated and had an error and I needed to un-install and re-install the program, un-installing the program did provide allow me internet access so I thought this was the problem.
I still am having connection issues
The 3rd call, I was told to reboot my PC or Laptop and the connection will come back, this does work but a nuisance
Does anyone have a solution
