I agree customer service is horrible!! Called to fix address on ups package when remote was delivered she kept me on the phone forever told me it was fixed! Talked to me like Iwas stupid because I ordered new remote through TV! Told me use app has correct address! Ordered remote cover address was old from years ago? Thank God ups driver saw my name on intercom box! What is going on with customer service training? Oh please change remote cover description to say you get 2 covers. One black one glow in the dark! I thought picture was showing me how to put on. These are very nice and thick for the price of 2!!!!!!!

Oh covers slid right on both remotes!! One review somewheresaid they don't fit! Not true!!
