Can someone help explain what happened? I found these logs via myfiosgateway. (start at bottom). What's BHR4?
BHR stands for broadband home router.
The G1100 is version 4.
BTW, FiOS does not use modems. Only routers.
Sorry, old habits (modem) die hard. Thanks for translating those terms, though my fundamental question remains unanswered - why did it mysteriously reboot?
I have the same problem and see the following in my log file:
System is now initialized. Reason reset button. Reboot count 3. Running firmware 02.02.00.16 (02.02.00.16_20190528_022627_9fe6379f_jenkins)
No one reset the router so I don't know why this is happening. Every time it happens I lose my router settings and have to reconfigure them.

This is faulty firmware update. Only a fresh or completely new firmware push out should fix the issue. However barring the firmware not the issue it could be a faulty router. Verizon may replace it if you contact them.
