On a PC? Right in the driver software. See http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/WNA3100/WNA3100_UM_11Dec09.pdf Bottom of page 2.4. (creating a profile to connect to a wireless network.
Depending on what version of the router you have the button may not be there. Even if you have a router with the button, it does not work. That just means you will need to take another minute to type in the password on the device you want to connect.
WPS is not a secure method of setting up/securing a wireless network

Found with a Google search for wps flaw
Maybe I need to rephrase this......I KNOW there is no button on the FIOS router. What I do need to know is how do I set up the adapter on the other comp (the one the router is hooked to) or what /were do I click. The adapter has a 2 min window to connect them so how do I do that?
Many adapters have Web interfaces or included software that can be used to set them up in a manual sense via a Wired connection. Consider looking in your User manual for the device, or telling us what adapter make and model you have so we can find the instructions for you.
