Verizon sells a network extender and the explanation says it helps wi-fi coverage and also sells a WI-FI extender which helps wi-fi coverage.
So what is the difference between the devices and when should each be used?
Solved! Go to Correct Answer
The FiOS Network Extender is compatible with the G1100 and below. The wifi extender I'm assuming is the white one which is the E3200. That is compatible with the new G3100 router. Basically the same thing just compatible with different routers. Then there is a FiOS Network Adapter which is compatible with both routers but is only a wired device. It doesn't provide wifi.
