I'm building a new house and am having trouble getting a Fios install setup, I think it's just an administrative issue. The address of the house is still relatively new, and the house isn't finished so maybe not fully registered with the county?
The address shows as no service available when I search online, and I put in a couple of tickets but never heard back.
There's a Fios line on the property that is ready to be hooked up, so I know it's available. I'm just not sure how to get the ball rolling on this one.
