New Message meaning

We just blocked a malicious bot because it may have been controlling "SkyLover" and putting you at risk

What does above message mean? I’ve been using the new WiFi 6 Router from Verizon for the last 2 weeks and only got messages about new device connections so far. This morning I saw the above message that is new to me. I don’t think an online bot can access my router, can it?
