My internet connection was down for 20mins today from 7:30am to 7:50am est.
I understand service interrupts are to be expected, like rolling black-outs in a 3rd world country. However, it is very annoying I could not reach a single Verizon employee to notify about this issue. I tried called the 1-800 number first. I talked to the robot then sat on hold. I tried using the live chat on the website and it was unavailable. Now I'm on the community forms hoping a VZ moderator notices this complaint.
