I just purchased the Verizon HSI, and my internet is not working at all. I set up the modem and everything last week on Wednesday . And the first day it was set up the internet worked, but the following day and after it has not worked at all. The internet is barely even green while everything else is solid green. If there's no internet service and no customer service when I call in, then what am I even paying for? Apparently, just wasting my money? Since my 30 days isn't up yet, I'm seriously thinking of cancelling Verizon, unless they do something now. 😞
