Email had Trojan virus attached! Virus quarantined and removed. Cleaned out system, now I don't have Internet and virizon is not installed on my computer. How do I get Internet access back?

None of their software is essential to get back a FIOS internet connection.  You should be able to just reconnect.

Most of the rest including other software is off of page http://www22.verizon.com/residentialhelp/fiosinternet

If you are not using their Webmail, but an email client see the instructions at  https://www22.verizon.com/ForYourHome/VZRepair/vziha/Service.aspx?ihaweb=EmailSetup

Probably you weren'tt using Verizon Internet Security Suite but considering getting such a suite.  Look at such suites from others (MacAfee, Symantec, etc) or get VISS http://www22.verizon.com/ResidentialHelp/FiOSInternet/General+Support/Security/QuestionsOne/85302.ht...

I dislike Verizon's In Home agent.  But if you want it its available at http://www22.verizon.com/residentialhelp/inhomeagent?CMP=EMC-CONS09008
