Thank you, Hugo, for your attention and time last night, but as I suspected, Verizon's "promise" that our internet would finally be restored by 6:00 a.m. today has come and gone with no resolution. Hugo suggested I keep track of our progress here, but I see my original post has been deleted. Apparently "several routers had to be taken down" - but FOUR DAYS??? Please, I am getting very frustrated. I'm sick of being told a dozen times a day that Verizon is committed to repairing our service in ____ hours, only to have deadlines come and go. Be honest, at least. If you can't fix the problem, LET ME KNOW, and I'll find another service provider.
I am sorry to hear that service hasn't been restored yet- how frusterating! I've asked the support team to look into this thread, so you should see an emali and Private Message from either them or our moderators shortly telling you how to access your case so we can fix this for you!
