Paying for 75/75, getting 2/12

I just did a speed test. Paying for 75/75 and the speed test says 2/12. I go to chat (because that was the only option). They say I don’t have internet at all and kept asking me to upgrade my service. I go to sign in to this forum. It says it doesn’t recognize my device ... the same phone I’ve had for over 2 years. Seriously. **bleep**.

Only speed test Verizon accepts is via a wired connection to speedtest.Verizon.net

How did you sign in to forum to post?

Never seen fporums try to validate device.

You will experience the same most likely when you upgrade. I am on their "1 Gbps" 940/880 Mbps, and sometime I get the low badwidth less than 5 Mbps. You can resolve the issue by power cycling the ONT or call the suppor and going through long troubleshooting steps.
