I see the following message repeating minute on the log, multiple mac addresses too;

"Cannot find cache entry for mac {edited for privacy} ret=-1"

Using Actiontec M1424WR router

Any ideas?

Thanks

I have a MI424WR-GEN3I router. The firmware is version 40.21.18 dated June 14, 2014.

I am also getting many messages including "Cannot find cache entry for mac" dozens of times within a few minutes. Below is extracts from the log. Earlier today my Home Theater Receiver could not connect to its Net Radio web site. Could this be the reason why?

Probably too much to hope that Verizon will explain what is going on.

I have exactly the same issues. And I'm with Frontier FIOS - still I think the router I have is from the time I was with Verizon

My router is MI424WR-GEN2. Firmware 20.21.0.2.

Plus my router is "hanging" from time to time and ping from my computer(192.168.1.3) to it (192.168.1.1) times out for about 5-6 seconds and after that everything is back to "normal".
