Has anybody noticed an increased number of time outs and disconnects after upgrading to Quantum? I work from home a lot and since upgrading to Quantum 75/75 from Standard 35 megabit 18 months or so ago, my VPN connections get dropped regularly. Some days, I can't keep them up, they will hang up or drop the connection 4 and 5 times in an 8 hour day. Quantum seems significantly less reliable than standard FiOS.
Agreed. Having a hard time here as well... Might be the hardware can't really handle the higher speeds and so many connections at once?
Is it our hardware, or does Quantum need a new router? I'm still using the original router.
