Hello Verizon Community, I have recently gotten terrible connection to my wireless router ranging from 0 bars to 3 bars. I can usually get good signal, 4-5 bars, in my room but all of a sudden it dropped, I've done speed tests on Verizon, but I beleive they are off since they say I can download @ ~1mbps, but I'm closer to ~300kbps. I got this wireless router from Verizon, so is there a possibility of a replacement?

Have you recently added any electronics to your home?

You might also try changing the broadcast channel befor you replace the router.
