Replacement of DSL lines for Fiber?

Back before FiOS was even close to coming to Pennsylvania my family switched from Verizon High Speed Internet (DSL) to cable broadband from Comcast so we could have cable TV. Fast forward to 2019 and we only watch one or two channels with cable TV and we have a 400/10 Internet package that costs more than my monthly car payment. I also am unable to work from home without interruptions since the 10 Mbps upload speed is severely throttling my ability to remote into my employer, as well as inhibit my hobby of streaming.  Comcast's gigabit connection with 40 Mbps upload isn't available to me and their 2 Gbps plan is outrageously expensive. So my question is, is there any way I can have Verizon run fiber to my house as a replacement for their outdated copper lines? other areas in my town have FiOS so it's not like I'm not in a service area. I'm just being left out.

Probably not.

If your direct area does not have FIOS, they can't connect to just your house.
