Reporting outages

I've tried for several days (since 3/6) to make sure Verizon knows that my service is out.  I can't reach anyone by phone - hold times are atrocious and the "chat" option is never available!  Is there any way to document an outage online?  I might be missing something but can't find a form or anything like that.  Help!!
