I have recently moved to a new apartment and transfered my Fios service.
The technician installed a new router and I have to return the old one. However, there is no indication on my account that I have to return a router. I cannot find a way to print the return package slip for UPS. Your customer service happens to be close on Saturday. Could you please contact me to solve that issue?
