SIP phone error

We have the following mode: Westell Ultraline Series 3 A90-9100VM60-10

Our problem: our SIP phones will not work properly.  They can connect, and they can dial in and out, however, sound will not work in either direction.  A review of the error logs gives multiple this: 

SIP ALG: Failed parsing. Error code: -1019

We have been working with their support department for the last week +, to no avail.  Any help would be appreciated.

p.s. These phones work perfectly through our firewall on our old cable modem connection, and at the user's homes.  The issue is the fiber connection.

Do you know what model of ONT you have installed on the outside of the house?

I found this by googling your error message along with "FIOS"
