THIRD CABLE BURIED BUT STILL NONE CONNECTED

i HAVE HAD FIOS FOR 2 YEARS. IN THE 2 YEARS OF FIOS MY CABLE HAS NOT BEEN BURIED. I HAVE CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES AND THEY HAVE SENT TECHNICIANS WHO HAVE THEN CALLED IN A CONTRACTOR TO BURY A CABLE. EACH TIME THE CONTRACTOR BURIES A CABLE THEY TELL ME THAT SOMEONE FROM VERIZON WILL COME TO CONNECT THE NEW BURIED CABLE. I HAVE EXPLAINED THIS TO VERIZON BY PHONE,CHAT ,YOU NAME IT AND SPENT COUNTLESS HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH THEM. I EXPLAINED IT TO THE TECHNICIAN LAST WEEK AND TOLD HIM ALL HE NEEDED TO DO WAS CONNECT ONE OF THE PREVIOUSLY BURIED CABLES (THERE WERE 2) AND HE SEEMED TO UNDERSTAND AND TOLD ME IT WOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM. WHEN I CALLED MY WIFE TO SEE IF EVERYTHING WAS FIXED SHE TOLD ME THE TECHNICIAN HAD SCHEDULED TO HAVE A NEW CABLE BURIED. I CANNOT SEEM TO GET ANYONE TO UNDERSTAND THE FRUSTRATION OF THIS PROBLEM. I CAME HOME YESTERDAY TO FIND A LARGE ROCK IN MY YARD FROM WHERE A CONTRACTOR HAD BURIED A THIRD!!!! CABLE.YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. CAN SOMEONE HELP????
