Technician Never Showed

After dealing with Comcast’s terrible customer service for years, my husband and I decided to finally switch to Verizon because we heard great things. Unfortunately, they appear to be just as unorganized and untruthful. 

We purchased high speed internet on Sunday, and they said the earliest they could install was Friday. I took Friday (today) off from work, so that this could get installed for the weekend, and I could complete my graduate school classes. Throughout the week, I called twice to confirm a technician was coming, so that I didn’t waste a vacation day. Well, come this morning, the technician never showed, and now I have to wait until Monday for internet?!?!

Sad, that companies no longer value honesty and good customer service.
