I have never made a post on a public forum, but Verizon's absolutely terrible service is essentially forcing me to. My internet was down on 10/27, and I have scheduled an appointment for that. The appointment was scheduled for Friday, 8 am-12 pm. But on that day, the technician didn't show up and didn't respond to me anything about the delay or absence. Then I have talked to one of the agents, and he said the technician would be there later on that day. Okay, I have waited for a few hours and didn't see anyone arrived. Then I talked to another agent, and he also said the technician would be arriving later eventing. I trusted him again. Guess what? The technician never showed up on that day. I was very angry about it. So I have talked to the third agent. He said the technician would be arriving on Saturday and be rest accurately. I was waiting for a whole day; the technician never showed up. I was disappointed how three of the agents and the technician were lying to me and never do what they should do. I really need the internet to do my works. Then I have scheduled the second appointment on 11/05. The technician also didn't fix my internet and said the alley where the equipment is located is not safe for him. I start thinking, is that the excuse the technician doesn't want to work? What a terrible service?
