Unable to get IP address for Printer

I have verizon wireless and use Westell Versalink Router

I am trying to configure my Lexmark printer for wireless use.

I go through the printer wireless wizard, it detects my SSID, I enter in my passphrase, it goes through all the steps

BUT

it cannot obtain an IP addresss

The printer has the name of my SSID, which means that there is some communication

How do I configure router such that the Printer can obtain an IP address.

I attached screenshots, of the steps I took.

I will be greatful for any help.

I just wanted to verify that you are in fact using WPA security for your Wireless network and not something such as WPA/WPA2 Mixed Mode or WEP.

If you can also get the model number of your Westell Gateway, that would also be appreciated.
