Ordered an Upgrade for internet speed on Manday, scheduled for Thursday. Thursday no upgrade, spoke 3 times with Verizon. Was told 3 times on by midnight. Same scenerio Friday, except I was told it will be done by 5pm. It is now Saturday, August 9th, and still no upgrade. Just keep wasting my time on the phone and being transferred back and forth between different people. So I ask other customers, does anyone know how long I have to wait for a simple upgrade to be executed.
