Upgrading High Speed Internet Enhanced

Hey! I just recently upgraded my High Speed Internet Enhanced 1-3 Mbps to 3-7 Mbps but my download speed is still the same. It said it was installed yesterday but I was wondering if I should contact verizon support now or if it will take a little longer to activate. Thanks in advance!

Check with Verizon support. If you were receiving 3Mbps prior, and nothing changed, there's a chance the gear you're attached to, or the line, doesn't support the higher speed. Support will know.
