I recently changed my FiOS plan and it now includes 2 TB of Verizon Cloud storage. However, every time I attempt to access the storage, I get the following error:
I have tried multiple browsers, cleaning cache, etc. I'm using a G3100 so I don't think there's anything with my network equipment that would be interfering with the connection. It seems this might be a Verizon issue? Perhaps the cloud storage has not been enabled on my account?
