I've had Verizon for less than 2 months and absolutely love it. I might be able to get answers by calling customer service but the lines are always busy. Anyway, my question is, would it be possible to get a second optic fiber cable sent into the basement apartment with my existing service or would I have to get a second service in order to get that hooked up? (Notice: my service is on the second floor, first floor neighbor also has a Verizon optic hooked up)
So essentially my question is can they just send a second fiber cable down there using while using a service from the second floor? If so, what would the extra charges be? New router etc etc?
Thanks in advance!
The basement service will need it’s own fiber and ONT. They typically don’t just come out and run the fiber. The person in the basement will have to order service.
