Hello all!
Just a quick question I had and was wondering if anyone knew. Currently, my grandmother has Verizon FiOS digital voice service. As of a couple years ago Verizon ran a Fiber Optic cable to her phone converter (Its not an ONT, but smaller, not sure what it would be called).
If I were to get her internet service, is the "Digital Voice" FiOS plans already connected to a BPON somewhere? Or do the phone only plans get connected elsewhere. I just want to make sure I can make the installation as painless as possible and would like to know ahead of time if the installer is going to have to switch her line over to a BPON connection or if it would already be connected.
Thanks

Never heard of Verizon using anything other than an ONT for fiber termination.
There are different models of ONTs.
Can you get a model number or picture?
Does the device just have connections for phone?
