Verizon charges me an extra $5 every month.

imageWhen I signed up for 50/10mbps FIOS, I had to reduce my speed drastically because Verizon couldn't support higher speeds in my new home.  The verizon installation tech was at my house trying to make the higher speeds work, but eventually said that I was only able to get 50/10.  So I spent awhile talking to representatives over the phone, and was eventually offered a $59.99/mo price which I agreed to.  I can still see that price when I go to the verizon website (shown above).  But every month since install, I have been continually charged $64.99.  I tried talking to support and the rep said that she could not help me and that Verizon must have reneged on the original agreement.  If anyone else has exprienced this kind of thing, any advice would be appreciated.
