We are still having problems with the Verizon sign in page and the E mail page. Load very slowly, if at all. If anyone can get to the powers that be, please report this. I called support but was told to just wait and see if they get it fixed.

I just put the following on the Verizon Feedback Survey:
The home page doesn't load or loads partially with the right side, where you sign in, missing. Unable to sign in using another sign in at top of page or using the Verizon webmail I have in my favorites. I guess you're working on the pages -both email and homepage. Can you put up a maintenance sign as you have done in the past. The Verizon Reps won't report the problem. One just said, " Wait 24 hours to see if it gets fixed." This is happening on two computers in this household--one with Windows Vista and the other with Windows XP.
We can get on all other websites very easily and fast!!!!

Hi, I'm sorry that both of you are having issues getting to the site. We will look into this for you.
I just tried logging in and was unable to duplicate your issues. Can you tell me whether you're still having trouble? I'd like to ask a couple more questions to try and pinpoint the problem. Thank you.

I am glad to hear from both of you that the problems resolved as of today. We'll be sending along your feedback about posting notices for problems if they are known. I'm not yet sure if it was a scheduled update or a web site error. But I'll pass your suggestions along once I find out more.
