Ordered your 'high speed internet' on May 31. STILL NO STATUS ON THE ORDER. The router was due here YESTERDAY.

Wouldn't it be great if it didn't take 46 minutes to be transferred to someone who isn't in Bangladesh? I placed an order May 31. Not one call, email, snail mail, nithing. They got the address SO WRONG they couldn't ship the router! I finally got an American on the phone who fixed the address. Verizon sucks.

Have you tried plugging the modem into your phone line to see if it works?
