Place an online order for Fios self installation. The order wasn't shipped after almost three weeks. Contacting online chat three times. Each time I was given different answers. Either the order is shipped or the order is not processed. The annoying part is that I spent almost >1 hour for each person and lost a lot of time instead of saving time. I start to think online chatting is not the right way as the reps may not have the proper authority to solve the problem. Can anyone suggest a good way to solve a similar problem.
