Hi,

I recently ordered the FIOS Gigabit Internet package. The offer mentioned that I should be receiving a Verizon Wireless gift card for $150 after 90 days. I tried calling half dozen times and consistently losing the CSR after half way through.  No one seems to have a clue what I'm talking 'bout or are feigning ignorance. In the BLOGs I do see that it is a valid offer. Not sure if Verizon is trying to dodge out of it.

You may have to contact your state attorney generals office, since they cover non receipt of gift cards etc. they can be reached via a google search.

also many states have a Public Utilities Commission or Public Service Commission just google it and file with them.
